Die-cutting cuts through the material itself and the carrier layer, which can be silicone paper or foil. Thus, we can adapt die-cutting production to the nature of the material as well as to the size of your order.
For large orders it is necessary to produce a die-cutting tool, for small orders (e.g. a series for sampling) we are able to cut the parts on cutting plotters without the need to produce a cutting tool. The die-cuts are delivered in individual pieces and can be used as seals, stops, insulating components, assembly elements, or semi-finished products for further processing.
